「Há 1 semana da estadia, fomos surpreendidos pelo proprietário ou agencia, informando que a plataforma VRBO estava com problemas gerando um overbooking. Tivemos que mudar de casa. A casa era boa, mas diferente da nossa reserva, sem jacuzzi, sem ar condicionado, sem piscina, sem churrasqueira externa, sem frigobar, com metragem menor. O proprietário foi muito gentil e fez tudo o que poderia fazer e mais um pouco, oferecendo um passeio de Rafting que foi o ápice da estadia. Lamento muito, pois fiz...
