“Amazing accommodation and excellent service, the only downfall was the partying and fighting next door, close to bedroom windows. I believe it was seperate accommodation for emergency housing. ”

“The bed sheets has many insects. It seems that there has no change the bed sheets. There has no pillow provided. 1st night - we double checked and made sure the door locked before we go bed to sleep. In the morning, we saw the door was opened. The door had scratch marks， I guess somebody use the tools to open the door. Be careful your bags and money if you stay in there. We really cannot sleep in the 2nd night. The washroom is clean. The location is not different to find. I won’t……

“I enjoyed having the private kitchen, bathroom, lounging (with TV) and dining facilities the caravan offered for this price point on a weekend. I also found the location a convenient distance from the city centre, hospital and supermarket. I'd happily stay in it again.”

“Property is fine. I did have to ask for details on how to get in on the day we were due to arrive but we received them in plenty of time before we checked in. The road noise is loud. I'd go prepared with earplugs if you're not used to being that close to traffic normally! Not something the owner can change but something to note when traveling with kids or elderly like I was.”

“A modern and spacious unit, perfect for what we needed for a short-term stay. Perfect location, close to town and the lake. It was a little noisy overnight as the unit is on a busy street but the family slept through. The kitchen had enough plates, pots/pans utensils etc. It would have been handy to have a cloth to wipe down the benches as there were only 2 tea towels. We struggled to get the lockbox open to get the key but managed to open it in the end. It was also nice to park the car in……

“This home was very modern. Everything you needed was in the kitchen. The technology was easy to use. Street parking was easy. It would be ideal for 3 or 4 people. 5 people was a bit of a squash. One person ended up sleeping in the lounge room because the trundle in the second bedroom took up the remainder of the floor space and there were only 3 chairs at a tiny dining table. It was the a very warm home and the air conditioner struggled to keep the temperature down. Close to Hobbiton, Waitomo……

“Historical hotel in town but the faculties or rooms are not dated at all. Overall very pleasant stays. We stayed at apartment and regular room on two separate occasions, both are very clean and spacious. Lots and lots of restaurants and some souvenirs shops nearby. Highly recommend! ”
