“Nice place to stay. Close to the caverns where we saw a show. Property is very clean. Really nice stay.”

“Such a cute spot! They let us use their kayak to go out and fish. Grill was provided. The back yard felt secluded and the croaking frogs were all we could hear. The bed was very comfy. They had sufficient cookware. Super close to good hiking. Would stay here again.”

“I booked this property because it had a five-star rating and reviews describing it as very clean. However, each morning when I woke up, I found German roaches crawling in the kitchen. I also discovered what appeared to be blood stains on one of the pillows. I reported the problems and asked to be refunded for the remaining days so I could move to a clean rental, but my request was denied. I ended up leaving because I did not feel comfortable staying there. I do not believe I should have to pay……

“We came to McMinnville for my son's wedding and stayed in Summer's home. Everything was perfect for our needs. The location is great and close to every place we needed to be. Summer's home is fully stocked with all we needed and more for a fantastic trip to McMinnville.”

“Large secluded home with a big fenced back yard.Nice concrete pad to shoot hoops in the basketball goal. Close to McMinnville with plenty of choices of restaurants. 25 minutes from Rock Island State Park.”

“The house was clean but in the description states it has A/C which in my opinion is misleading. The A/C is window only. It kept most of the house cool but one of the bedrooms was a little hot. Also the mattress in the bedroom off the living room really needs to be replaced. I slept on it one night and woke up the next day with a nightmare backache. My son and I changed beds, even though he is a young in shape guy he said the mattress did not provide much support. He thought it looked like one……

“This property is newly remodeled and you can feel the love and personal attention given to the remodel. The property history is in the binder for the property. I love the setting at the base of the mountain close to a creek, surrounded by a field of horses, to be very relaxing!! It was close to the caverns for a concert! It was Clean and had all the basic supplies you may need for a stay. I would love to return one day!”

“Tiny Haven was exactly as it was described and was a perfect spot for my family to relax after long days hiking and swimming. The beds are super comfortable and we had everything we needed to make the stay perfect. We enjoyed all the deer that stopped through to check us out. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. Highly recommend!”
