Facilities were outstanding with warm, clean bathrooms being a very short walk away, the same distance as the outdoor shower. I described my shower there as "A top 5 shower of my life" as it was warm outside, the water was hot and I was surrounded by the breathtaking nature of East Tennessee. 「Location was beautiful and very clean. Host checked on us several times and are helpful and friendly. The drive to location is rugged. 4WD recommended. Bathroom is 25 mins away just fyi. WiFi was non existent but we didn’t mind. There is a dusk to dawn light that shines in your tent no matter where you put the tent but it was great for cooking and hanging out. No issues with critters either. They also have a nice grill available if you bring the propane. Overall, it was a nice trip! 」

「We've spent two nights on Thanksgiving in the Primero. It was refreshing and energizing experience. There was a lovely cat that walked on to our voices, we called her Cookie. Warm bathrooms on walkable distance are clean and everything that provided is in a great condition. The tent is equipped with a power bank, and a propane heater is available. However, there's no an electrical outlet to power corded devices, such as an electric heater.」

Context to our stay...we were driving from Louisiana to Delaware on a 2 day road trip and needed a quick stop for the first night to rest up and get rejuvenated, to make the second leg on day 2.
