"My recent stay at the Vila Galé Sunset Cumbuco offered a mixed experience. As a new establishment, it certainly has its strengths, but there are also areas that could significantly improve. The staff were consistently polite and helpful, which is always a highlight and contributes positively to the overall atmosphere. The accommodation style is quite unique, with guest rooms located in standalone houses, each containing four separate apartments. This provides a sense of privacy that many guests will appreciate. However, the design of these houses presents some practical issues. The access areas to the rooms lack doors, which means they are prone to flooding during rain. This was a significant inconvenience during my stay and clearly needs to be addressed. Additionally, while the rooms themselves were comfortable, the pillows could definitely be improved for a more restful sleep. When it came to amenities and dining, I found the options to be quite limited. There were few choices for amenities, and the lunch options were particularly scarce. For a hotel of this caliber, a greater variety in both these areas would greatly enhance the guest experience. Overall, the Vila Galé Sunset Cumbuco shows promise as a new hotel with a dedicated staff and an interesting room layout. However, addressing the design flaws in the room access and expanding the amenity and dining options would undoubtedly elevate it to a much higher standard."
