"Our room was satisfactory but I really disliked the mirror light over the bathroom sink. Not bright enough and dislike the cool blueish lighting. The shade on the window didn’t darken the room enough especially since there was a flashing airport signal light shining in our room! On the plus side, bed and pillows were comfortable though we asked for a blanket since the bedspread was very lightweight. "

"Very disappointing experience at Embassy Suites East Peoria Riverfront Hotel. I chose this hotel because of the high ratings, but the room cleanliness was unacceptable. Before I could even put my belongings away, I noticed thick dust all over the outside and inside of the closet door, the bathroom counter, and even the tissue box. I attached photos and videos because the dust buildup was very obvious. I am sensitive to dust and spent the night sneezing and feeling uncomfortable instead of resting. I also contacted hotel management with proof, but never received any response. Very unprofessional customer service and extremely disappointing for a hotel with such good reviews. Honestly, it makes me wonder where all the good ratings even come from."

"You can definitely tell that my room wasn’t properly clean due to the fact that I found a dirty black used glove under the bed, old water caps and a very nasty smell coming from the bathroom once to air freshener they sprayed wore up. my room had no number on there and the gentleman at the front desk. Didn’t take time to let me know that as well as that I need a parking ticket to display in the front of my car underneath the garage so I wouldn’t get towed."
