  • We welcome you to come and stay at the beautiful Chalet Le Sabot. Located in the peaceful Vallee de la Manche area of Morzine, with the best of both worlds you have the peace of the countryside yet you are just a few minutes drive from the town centre for all the amenities Morzine has to offer.

    Enjoy the private garden and hot tub, relax on the terrace and cosy up by the wood burner in winter. We have a very well equipped kitchen with all you need for a self catered stay, including slow cooker, coffee grinder, and hot chocolate maker. We can also recommend an excellent chef who can drop off ready made meals, and an excellent wine seller who can also deliver to the chalet.
    The chalet sleeps 8 adults comfortably in 4 double bedrooms, with 3 bathrooms and an extra wc. Two floor mattresses are available for extra children on request.

    The closest life is a 10 min walk or 2 minute drive away and there is a bus stop outside that runs in high season for summer and winter to the lifts and town. Walking routes along the river and up into the mountains can be accessed on foot from the chalet, including a stunning waterfall. There is a beautiful swimming and activities lake a 10 minute drive away, not to mention the swimming, horse riding, tennis courts that are all available in the town, you won’t be short of things to do,

    We welcome families and have some books, toys, games, a travel cot and high chair available. We also have a smart tv and some old school DVDs if a movie night is required. We know what a difference it makes for a holiday home to have these comforts for families :)

    Spread across three levels the house is perfect for two families to share, for larger families or for multi generational holidays. There is a large terrace with outdoor seating and dining area coming off the main living area, and further decking on the lower floor which the bedrooms open onto with further seating and the hot tub, which is the best way to spend an evening watching the stars with the sound of the river below.

    Please note that there are steps down to the property and that the property is located across three levels. The garden is fenced on three sides. There is parking for 2 cars and a garage to store bikes, skis, or any other equipment.

Spectacular summer break

Comfortable, well appointed chalet with lovely terrace & wonderful hot tub. 8 adults & 1 dog & plenty of space for us all. Some mountain bikers, others walkers & we all loved the chalet and surrounding areas.

What an incredible place to stay. The views and location are unbeatable. The chalet is spacious with great social areas through-out. All amenities are there to a high standard.Gail is a fantastic host who was very responsive, friendly and helpful during booking. Tom was amazing at meeting us at the property full of energy and local information to share.If we could give higher than 5 stars we would!

This is a great place to stay lovely inside and excellent outside for eating in the afternoon sun or relaxing in the hot tub. Excellent service and communication from Gail and the manager Jan is available to sort any thing that's needed.

Amazing stay

The chalet was beautiful and the hot tub was a great addition after a day on the slopes. Check in / checkout process was very easy and there was always someone to contact if any questions. Bus stop into town was right outside the chalet. We will definitely stay here again.

Great chalet in convenient location

Very nice chalet complete with all amenities one would need to enjoy a trip to the mountains. Having a hot tub with a beautiful view was also a great perk after spending a long day in the outdoors. Would recommend staying here with a group or with family/children. Nice location, close to the town centre.

Beautiful luxurious chalet in perfect location

Thank you so much. This chalet was perfect for my family. Beautiful touches make it very homely along with a fantastic hot tub. We had a very enjoyable short trip over, plenty of skiing and apres ski in a perfect location. We will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommend!

Lovely chalet with good size rooms and great hot tub!

The chalet is a good size with plenty of space, and everyone in our party instantly felt at home. The hot tub was a great bonus. A little out of morzine meant the chalet was peaceful but is close enough by car or bus for all shops, restaurants etc. Free ski bus right outside! Easy booking process and check-in, overall a very pleasant stay.

Warm, cosy and very well equipped and serviced chalet

We had a wonderful week in le Sabot. After a day of skiing both the hot tub and the wood stove were welcoming us. Spacious living room, well equipped kitchen nice bedrooms with bathrooms...and an answer or help to our every question. And a wonderful ski area moreover. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Très bon séjour dans ce magnifique chalet très bien aménagé avec toutes les commodités, un plus avec le SPA et beau barbecue. Bien situé au calme avec la rivière un peu plus bas. Quel bonheur de s'endormir et de se réveiller avec le chant des oiseaux et la rivière qui coule. A renouveler.

What a find!

A beautiful chalet to spend a wonderful family holiday. The chalet is perfectly located a few minutes from the centre of Morzine with easy access either by car or bus for ski school and the lifts. The chalet is refreshingly well equipped and with a young family we tend to eat in. The hot tub is a bonus and well needed after a day on the slopes with 3 children! Fantastic communication with the owners and we shall certainly be returning!

Idyllic property and location

It was everything we wanted, beautiful property, stunning scenery, a 5 minute drive to Morzine centre and main lifts to Morzine and Avoriaz. Everything very clean and all facilities in place for self catering. The family will definitely miss the hot tub!!! Thank you for allowing us the use of this gorgeous property.
