“Uns hat das Appartment F sehr gut gefallen. Die obere Terrasse, die zur Whg. gehört, ist sehr privat und hat einen tollen Ausblick. Wir haben insgesamt die Ruhe sehr genossen. Die Stadt Petra ist nicht weit entfernt und bietet Alles was man braucht.Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, weil es dafür im November schon zu kalt war.”

“This is a nice place to stay in the center of Colonia St. Pere. Only 50m from the local beach with a great view from the roof top terrasse and access to many restaurants along the water front. However, it is 3rd floor without lift, so be prepared to climb stairs and has no aircondition. It´s ok when nights get a bit cooler to chill the appartement. We loved it very much. ”

“Die Wohnung liegt direkt am schönsten Strandabschnitt in Port de Soller. Die Wohnung liegt im dritten OG. Wer Räder geliehen hat, muss sich darauf einstellen sie stets nach oben zu tragen über die enge Treppe. Im EG darf nichts abgestellt werden. Die Betten sind zudem sehr schlecht. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Leider alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Morgens ab 6 Uhr wird man geweckt durch die Reinigungsdienste auf der Straße. Bezahltes Parken……
