Host was quick to respond and very kind in regards to the ck in process.Please be aware there are spots in laundry room cabinets as well as hole in floor behind living room chair that smallPets can escape/get stuck or lost. I was able to cover up hole with shoving a blanket inside the air duct hose and put something heavy on top. My little guy ended up poking his head out as I grabbed him. Pretty scary.
