Built in 2021, this 2-story home is situated on a corner lot and is your next home away from home. You'll be a short distance from Moses Lake, Blue Heron Park (including a boat launch, swimming area, kids' playground and a disc golf course), 2 Moses Lake golf courses and less than 10 minutes away from the ORV area and the sand dunes. The home is also a quick 30 minutes from the Gorge Amphitheater.
Once inside, you'll find a full kitchen and dining area for enjoying meals together along with a comfortable living room. The upstairs great room allows for family movie nights, putting puzzles together, reading, or just relaxing. Outside the backyard is very spacious for activities and boat/trailer parking is available as well. There is also a desk upstairs which includes a universal docking station, monitor, keyboard and mouse for those that may need to work remotely. The entire place has 1Gig Wi-Fi available and Smart TVs throughout.
During the summer there's a fun water park in town along with an outdoor ice-skating rink in the winter. There are plenty of local shops and restaurants in the area, many of which have become our favorites that we are eager to share with you for your visit! We love our home and have tried to think of everything to make it comfortable for our visiting guests.
