Villa avec un emplacement calme et magnifique

Grande villa confortable avec une vue magnifique, de beaux sièges. Terrain délimité, idéal pour les chiens. Très calme. Tout ce dont on a besoin est disponible. Situation optimale pour visiter Grasse, Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Monaco - ou pour aller à la plage. Les choses que j'aimerais noter ne peuvent pas être améliorées, mais je voudrais les mentionner. L'accès à la propriété est plutôt difficile pour les grosses voitures, car il faut faire un léger tour et descendre une pente raide en marche arrière. L'abri pour la piscine est construit sur le bord de la piscine. Si l'on veut faire des longueurs, c'est un peu gênant car il faut faire attention à ne pas se cogner la tête.

Splendide Villa

L'emplacement de la Villa est excellent par rapport au Village pour s'approvisionner à pied. Très reposant et calme avec une vue mer formidable. L'intérieur très bien entretenu avec toute commoditées. Une Villa à recommander Réparation de la chasse d'eau de la toilette près de la piscine et le remplacement du réfrigérateur dans la cuisine d'été.

Maison très agréable, au calme mais proche de tout

- calme - sans vis à vis - vue mer - proche commerces - Cannes, Antibes et autres centres d’intérêts facilement accessibles - Charme de la maison - prévenir de la difficulté pour stationner dans le garage : pente très raide et étroite

Maison jolie de l'extérieur mais décevante à l'intérieur

Concernant la maison elle même: - la maison ne compte réellement que 3 chambres. La chambre située au milieu de l'escalier qui mène vers les chambres du bas ressemble plus à un débarras qu'à une réelle chambre et compte pour seule fenêtre une meurtrière qui donne sur un escalier. La chambre est extrêmement humide, un des murs laisse d'ailleurs apparaître de nombreuses cloques. - toute la partie basse de la maison sent le renfermé et l'humidité. Les prestations globales de la maison sont de faible qualité: - l'air conditionné est limité à une seule chambre - l'ensemble de l'électroménager est de mauvaise qualité et la machine à laver la vaisselle est sur le point de rendre l'âme. Elle fait par ailleurs beaucoup de bruit. - les ventilateurs mis à disposition dans la maison sont inutiles. Au delà du fait d'être vieux, ils sont là encore de très mauvaise qualité. - il n'y a pas de moustiquaires dans les chambres du bas (uniquement dans les salles de bains).

Serene and convenient

the home was everything we hoped for and more. 2 full kitchens - one pool side and the other in the home. separate poolside shower and toilet - each bedroom with its own bath. the home is walking distance both down to town and up to the old village which has many restaurants and galleries. and perhaps best of all - the blue Mediterranean off in the distance. nice airport an easy 15 minute drive and numerous small towns and villages nearby as well. we did have to purchase many staples - garbage bags, shower and dish soap, dishwasher detergent and toilet paper. beyond that - which was not an issue really - it was perfect.
