The Space:
This cozy retreat features two floors, three bedrooms, and one bathroom, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
As you step into the kitchen, you'll find a bedroom conveniently situated on your left. The living area, complete with a cozy wood stove, is adjacent to the dining area and is bathed in natural light. This space opens up to a deck with a seating area and BBQ, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation.
Downstairs, you'll discover a bonus room that leads to a level yard, perfect for gatherings. Two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom complete this floor.
Enjoy modern amenities like a Smart TV and a fireplace, and take advantage of the outdoor fire pit with Adirondack chairs for evening relaxation. Guests will also have access to the nearby Suissevale private beach with a beach pass.

Grill: We ask our guests to clean the grill after use or before check out as a courtesy to the next guests otherwise, additional $35 fee will be charged for cleaning the grill. Thank you!
Beach pass will be provided upon arrival and please note that renters CANNOT access the beach on Saturdays!
To ensure guaranteed access to the beach, please make your reservation at least 5 days before your intended start date. This will allow you to receive a beach pass for vehicle access. Access by foot may be available but is subject to the association’s discretion and may be denied.
Please make sure to bring your own beach towels as we only provide bath towels.
Ice: Please note that we do not have an ice maker available on the premises, we kindly request that guests bring their own ice if needed.
Winter time: Given the harsh and unpredictable New England weather, we do not guarantee that deck will be cleared off during the winter time. We're hoping for your understanding!
Interaction with Guests:
We will be available throughout your stay to offer assistance, and we can stay in touch via phone or email for any inquiries or support needed.

Great stay in Suissevale!
Great property and location within Suissevale. We visit this area often to see family and this is one of the best properties we’ve stayed in- very clean and newly renovated with high end features, great for families! The only drawback was that it gets very hot upstairs, they do provide fans, but the upstairs (main living area and primary bed) get steamy at night. Everything else was fantastic, the property provides everything needed in the kitchen to prepare meals and a nice new dishwasher to make cleanup easy. The kids played for hours on the arcade machine, and the fire pit was enjoyed as well.

We stayed here while visiting family who live nearby . The property worked for us for a short stay. It was very clean. The lack of A/C was definitely inconvenient as it was hot and humid during our stay. The lower level became very damp due to the humidity. The kitchen is serviceable but not the easiest to work in due to lack of counter space. It was fine for a short stay . The staff was easy to communicate with .
