The main level has an open kitchen, dining area, and living room. Off the dining room is a screened porch leading to a deck which wraps around two sides of the house. There is a half bath on this level. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The master suite has its own full bath and walk in closet. The other two bedrooms share a huge bathroom. On the lower level is a finished room with two sets of bunk beds and plenty of room to play. Also, there is another 3/4 bath on this level. WiFi internet access. Fully air conditioned. The backyard has a fire pit. The water is about 200 yards away, but the beach is about a half mile away along Castle Shores road. With access to the community beach, tennis court and playground, this is a great vacation home.

There are approximately 27 miles of dirt roads for biking, walking, and jogging. The community beach has a permanent volleyball net, barbecue grills, picnic tables, two swim rafts, etc. The house is about 4 miles from the center of Moultonborough and 17 miles north of Wolfeboro. Castle in the Clouds is about a five minute drive with it's miles of hiking trails and excellent restaurant and Castle tours.

The Suissevale community asks that renters not use the beach on Saturdays between Memorial Day and Labor day.
