“Our family of eight enjoyed staying here. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortably fit us all. We especially liked the game room, comfortable beds, and large dining table. We wish the weather would have been more conducive to using the pretty pool and fun outdoor theater. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and do laundry. The only inconveniences were the access code not working upon arrival and no ironing board. However, a quick phone call remedied the access code……

“We drove up at night and were nervous it was not in a nice part of town .. it was behind a gas station by a ravine/canal but in the daytime it was perfectly fine!!!! So cute! The landlord was so helpful. The water had been turned off by the city for some unknown reason and she sent over a plumber right away. Couldn’t have been nicer. Place was great. Had to mk my own bed, the sheets were not on the bed.. which was weird. But at least I knew they were clean!”

“Nice house, lots of bedrooms, very comfy bed...we only used one bedroom. Location was good for our needs. Kitchen has everything you would need and there are nice touches like coffee, snacks, tissue etc. The only drawback was cleanliness. Floors were not clean. Linens for other bathrooms were left in dryer and we folded them. Didnt need them for our stay. Management was very responsive and helpful.”

“Location was very convenient for A Day. The place was nice and clean and as advertised. There are several restrictions and there are a lot of forms to fill out and overall it feels like you are renting an apartment rather than staying a weekend. Was a little off putting but we got over it.”

“We came to Tuscaloosa for a volleyball tournament. Other families on the team stayed in local hotels. We were lucky to come upon this rental. The team members complained about the poor cleanliness, crowding, and difficult check ins with the hotels, but we had peace and quiet, the simplest, most convenient check in, and an exceptionally clean rental. the hosts were extra quick to respond to any question. We can't wait to come back for other family events in the Tuscaloosa area, and look forward……

“My family stayed at this great house for our daughters December graduation. The house is older but it has been updated and it is very cozy! It is in a neighborhood that is close to campus. Our favorite place was the table outside with little lights all around. Definitely read rules about max number of people allowed and parking. Owner was very responsive and we really enjoyed our stay.”

“Property is a lovely historic home with large spacious rooms. We rented the property for my daughter’s wedding weekend and the bridesmaids all came to have hair and makeup done before the wedding. The photographers got some lovely shots of the bridal party on the back deck with its magical trellis and pretty yard. The host was very attentive and responded quickly to questions. They thought of small details to add to your stay.”
