“Kat was incredibly responsive. Place was super nice and as seen in the pictures. It was minutes away from all the universities and local sites! Must stay! Great hosts!!”

“Spent a very pleasant Saturday in this nice little getaway recently. Due to it being on a lower level than the main house, there is a nice level of. privacy. A very nice four-person jacuzzi and a comfortable studio apartment-like space were the highlights; the only drawbacks were a tiny bathroom (for two people) and the backyard could have been cleaned of fallen foliage (which, due to the location, must be a chore). Overall, a 4.5 star stay in the mountains.”

“This was the first VRBO I’ve done and it couldn’t have been an easier experience! To call this our home for a week was easy! So cute and perfect for a family of 4, came out to LA for my son’s 10th birthday. There is a garage for parking and it is shared with 1 other renter but it was never an issue. The place is so cute, has outdoor seating, quiet neighborhood and down the road from all sorts of food,gas and stores! It was 30 mins from Universal studios and beats staying in the surrounding areas……

“The property was very cozy and hospitable. The owner was very welcoming and accommodating for the three days I was in town for school. I also appreciate being allowed to park in the driveway near the door and utilize the wifi. Thank you so much! I would stay there again for sure.”

“We stayed an entire week at the Redlands Guesthouse. We were in town for the Redlands Classic Bicycle Race. From the first moment we met Kitty we felt like we had been old friends. She was more than accommodating! We were the cooks for our son's cycling team and needed a space to put all that food! She cleared out some space in her extra refrigerator and allowed us access all week! The apartment itself was perfect! It was above the garage with a private entrance. It was thoughtfully decorated,……

“I had a hard tine finding the property and should have called immediately because Maggie would have saved me. I also couldn't figure out the lock box but she helped me on that too. Otherwise the place was just like the photos, one block from the Convention center where my meetings were being held.”

“My family and I visited the Crestline area for the first time. We enjoyed the place, its surroundings, and the tranquility. The cabin was welcoming, clean, and well-equipped. Our communication with Monika was easy, and she replied pretty quickly. We want to plan another trip! Thank you”

“My kids (3rd and 5th graders) enjoyed this nice quiet little ADU in Riverside. It was very close to the Canyon Crest Towne Center where there’s a Ralph’s grocery store, RiteAid and restaurants. It’d be a great place to stay if you’re parents of an undergrad attending UCR, as the campus is very close. If you’re staying more than one night, definitely make a stop at a grocery store before checking in (Grocery Outlet or Food4Less, on Chicago Ave, the aforementioned Ralph’s, or Trader Joe’s, off……
