“The check-in was a bit of a challenge because our keycards would not open the door. We drove back to check in desk and they programmed brand new keys and that did not work so we had to call security to let them open the entrance door to the condos. They could not figure out why the door could not be opened, but our condo door opened and we got in. They promised to fix it but never returned, so we went to bed with the entry door unlocked.
We ended up having to call again the following day to ask……
