Oaktree Cottage in Mount Dora Historic District

This cottage is located in the historic district of Mount Dora, within an easy walk to downtown amenities. Built in 1938, this charming house was remodeled with modern features but kept its historic beauty. This is a two bedroom and one bath home with a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. The air-conditioned porch is perfect for those relaxing times and the fenced in backyard is ideal to enjoy the nice outdoors. The cottage is available for short and long term rentals.
