The room was not worth its prices and it was not cleaned properly. It was very dusty that caused us to start sneezing. We couldn’t have a shower because there was a really bad smell from the sewerage system through the drain, which caused our whole room to smell and when we complained the staff service was terrible.

Older style Hotel with an in door pool.

Ok for $86 a night for two adults and one child the room was very good for the price. Nice pillows and ok mattress. It had a microwave, Air conditioner and a TV. Also the indoor pool was great. Across the road form Mcdonalds and the sink hole just down the road. No five star resort but it did the job.

It was close to the sinkhole, but the property is quite outdated and the room was not cleaned very well. You could tell that the couch and bed were not cleaned under for a very long time! Mattress sank in the middle. There was no toilet paper on a roll, but only toilet paper "sheets" that were flimsy and thin. The check in was easy and the receptionist was very nice.

Die Unterkunft an sich ist gut und die Lage auch. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Leider war das Bett extrem durchgelegen und wir hatten den nächsten Tag extreme Rückenschmerzen. Man hat komplett auf den Federn geschlafen...

Very chirpy and friendly man at check in which made a great first impression. Yes, its an older place but it was clean, price was really affordable and beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again, it suited ours needs.

Situated in a really good area and has easy access. Lovely staff and it's the perfect place to stay at if you're passing through Mount Gambier or are there for a few days. Very affordable too. Would recommend! Only downside is kitchen amenities, there isn't a huge range. So if you're planning on cooking lots, it may not be the best option. Still can get by though.

If this hotel was built 50 years ago not 1 penny of its profits has been put back into updating or maintaing the rooms. They have been left to age as poorly and badly as i have. You can hear some one whisper in the next room. When the shower next door goes on all the plumbing bangs in the walls around your head. Laminate is old and faded as is the rest of the room. Yes it is a budget priced room but surely some updating wouldn't hurt. Even locals pulled a sour face when they asked me where i was staying, not a good feeling.
