“Excellent well appointed property. Very clean and added food extras of bread, milk, snacks etc was lovely. Very spacious. Property in a very handy location to shops and eateries. Only downside was the bed was very hard so not the best sleep we've ever had. Apart from that, if you like a hard bed, a clean spacious and tidy lodging handy to amenities, this is for you.”

“We had a great experience right from the beginning the communication was great the place was lovely and was just what we needed for my hubby and I and 2 teens, location was great. Only thing that could be improved is the wifi very patchy and sometimes did not work at all but still 5 star stay, definitely recommend this place, and will stay again next time we are in Christchurch!!! ”

“Prior to confirming the booking, I asked about heating as it is middle of Winter in Christchurch and we were traveling from Queensland Australia for a funeral.Upon our arrival on Friday night, we were welcomed with an overflowing rubbish bin directly next to the back door that we had key access to.Upon entering the property, we switched on the two only heat pumps one located in the hall and one in the dining area. No heating in either the 2 lounges or the 3 bedrooms.The hallway one worked fine……
