Mountain Modern (#226) | Modern luxury condo in the mountains!
A recently completed full renovation transformed this condo into modern comfort and convenience. Located at the base of Bryce Resort's ski slopes and mountain bike trails, the convenience of this property simply can't be beat: a 50-yard walk to the main ski/bike lift, a 75-yard walk to the ski/bike shop, and a 100-yard walk to the Resort's main lodge, restaurant & bar. The golf course pro shop is a 0.4 mile walk or short drive. Kids and adults alike also love its easy access to the Aspen East pool (open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, 7am-10pm) adjacent to the building.
FEATURES & AMENITIES:
Aspen East #226: Modern Mountain Condo is a one bedroom, one bathroom, second floor unit with 16 steps up from parking lot level. Its balcony provides a nice view of the Bryce Resort mountain community and Great North Mountain.
This modern-style condo with stone fireplace was recently full-renovated (redesigned and rebuilt from scratch). Both the living area and bedroom have a view of Great North Mountain and the Bryce Resort mountain community. Access the bedroom through the hallway near the bathroom and laundry room, or through the custom ambrosia maple barn door near the windows. Dining is available at the kitchen peninsula bar that features quartz countertops. The bedroom offers a modern queen platform bed, reading sconces, and a spacious closet. Additional sleeping capacity is provided by a custom built-in daybed with lower trundle bed in the living room. The day bed provides additional seating or a cozy place to lounge during the day. This unit comfortably sleeps up to four. You'll love the short walk to the ski lift and Bryce Resort's facilities. The living room features a substantial stone fireplace, new furnishings, and a 55-inch Samsung smart TV (streaming only). The bedroom also includes a wall-mounted smart TV. The all-new bathroom features a large walk-in shower and double vanity. The laundry room includes a stacked washer/dryer unit and storage bin for the day/trundle bed sheets, blankets and pillows. The balcony features a high-top table and two chairs for relaxing and soaking in the view.

The kitchen includes basic cookware, tableware, appliances, and a basket-style drip coffee maker (filters provided, but please bring your favorite grind). Also supplied are: bedding (pillows, bedspreads, blankets), fresh bed linens, one towel set per max occupants, one travel-size bar soap per max occupants, two rolls toilet paper, two dishwasher tabs, three kitchen trash bags, one bath trash bag, one paper towel roll, one kitchen dish towel, one travel-size dish soap, and one scrubby pad. We encourage guests with larger groups, or who are staying several nights, or who are heavy users of consumable supplies to bring extra supplies or purchase them at the local Basye Community Store.
High-speed internet is delivered through an Eero mesh WiFi network at speeds up to 300mbps -- perfect for pretty much everything you need to do online.

This is a Self-Check-In unit. You'll receive check-in instructions seven days prior to arrival that include the property's address, driving directions, a unique Key Code, and other important information.
Quiet hours after 10:00 pm are strongly enforced by the local security and police.

Bryce Resort offers many activities and features throughout the year, including snow skiing/boarding, snow tubing, golf, Lake Laura swimming, canoeing, paddle boarding, paddle boating, and kayaking, and a thrill-filled lift-accessed mountain bike park. Please visit Bryce Resort's website for more information, seasonality, and pricing. Unfortunately, we do not offer discounts.
Bryce Resort is also the perfect launch point for many other adventures in the northern Shenandoah Valley, including hiking, fishing, hot air ballooning, visiting wineries & breweries, exploring caverns, antiquing, enjoying the Shenandoah Valley Music Festival on summer Saturdays in nearby Orkney Springs, and so much more.
