-Please be mindful of water consumption because I am on a shared well.

-The cabin is remote on 3+ acres and is about 30 mins from any attraction

-The drive up to the cabin is a 3 mile gravel single lane road

-During the winter months, I would highly recommend a 4wd/all wheel drive vehicle to navigate inclement weather
