“We had a wonderful stay in Julian over 4th of July. We wanted a quiet 4th of July for our dog. The property has wonderful views and had everything we needed. They even left snacks and water for us to enjoy during our stay.”

“As the description suggests, this is a tiny little house. Kitchen is good for pre-made food brought in to store and eat. Bed is comfy and the place had everything we needed for a couple of nights in Julian.”

“The house was beautiful and welcoming. The instructions on how to get there were detailed which made it easier to get to the house. Going up the mountain to get to the house was a little scary for me but, after the first time, it wasnt so bad. You get used to the road and know what to expect. The house was fully stocked and labeled which was much appreciated. We didnt have to rummage through everything to find certain items. They had coffeee available which was a plus. “The beds were comfortable. We loved the coziness and warmth of the fireplace. The stained glass windows are so pretty and the views are gorgeous. The cleaning crew could do a better job. There was a pull-out cutting board that hadn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival and water was pooled at the bottom of the fridge with pieces of food floating in it. We stayed for one week and there was only 1 roll of paper towels provided, 1 additional roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and no extra trash……

“Game room had a pool table, foosball table, and an air hockey table. There were video games and toys. There was always something for the kiddos to do.”

“I booked this for my husband bc his friends were camping at the campground down the street and he didn’t want to camp as it was cold outside. He loved it so much, he didn’t want to leave. It was the perfect little house complete with a coffee maker, microwave, updated bathroom/shower, large comfy bed and the cutest patio. He keeps talking about it, so we will rebook soon.”
