「Madie’s place is a nice, chill place to stay. We had the whole place to ourselves because of having 8 people. It is an older place with all the rooms but one on the third floor and all bathrooms on the first so keep that in mind when booking because it’s not convenient and might be an issue for older people and young children. Besides that the only other negative is the condition and size of the bathrooms, very small besides one of them and old and dirty looking. The host was amazing her name...

「The place is great, especially because it’s so close to SM City Lipa and the terminals, just a 3 to 5 minute walk. Super convenient. I booked a basic double room and it was okay for the price. It can get a bit bright at night because of the curtains and outside lights, and you might hear some noise from outside or nearby rooms. I’d probably try the deluxe room next time. 「WiFi was included, but only worked in the lobby and dining room, not in our room. There is a fee for everything. I am disabled, but there was 400 peso fee (about $3.80) to sit in a chair by the pool, ( I didn’t swim). After a bit of protest, they gave me a plastic chair to sit in. Staff was friendly. The water slide closed one hour after our check-in for the season. Don’t think we will stay there again.」
