I was given a different place, a townhouse unit with a broken screendoor, defective hot water service, 2 cockroaches in the bathroom and a stinking drainage. I booked 2 rooms for two families. I didn't realize this until I needed to use the bathroom at night (I found a used bar of soap next to the kitchen sink and used a blank page of a television instruction manual as toilet paper then I immediately went to 7/11 afterwards during the night).
