Charming holiday rental for 4 people, located in Mouriès, in the heart of the Alpilles (Bouches du Rhône Department) in Provence. Just 5 minutes walk from the centre and shops, enjoy a beautiful swimming pool, vast terraces and a typical Provençal setting. Between olive groves and authentic villages, discover Provence in all its splendour. During your holiday in Mouriès, whether you are golf, tennis or walking enthusiasts, everything is within reach for a peaceful and exotic stay. Authentic, relaxing and full of charm, this house is the ideal escape for unforgettable holidays. Close to this holiday rental with a swimming pool in the Alpilles, you can also discover authentic Provence through the surrounding small villages, such as Saint Rémy de Provence, Les Baux-de-Provence, Maussane and Aureille. The nearest large cities are: Arles (27 km), Avignon (35 km), the Camargue (50 km).



EXTERIOR

This holiday home with a swimming pool in Mouriès in the Alpilles has a closed plot of 1200 m².

It is fitted with:

- A lovely swimming pool of 8x4 + Submerged beach 4x4 (depth from 0.70 to 1.50 m - access by steps and secured by a protection alarm), in service from 1st April to 30th October.

- A pool house with outdoor shower.

- Three lovely terraces facing full south and west from 4 to 45 m².

- An electric barbecue



INTERIOR

This pleasant holiday rental with a swimming pool in Mouriès in the Alpilles has an area of 130 m². It is on one level. It offers good comfort.

An independent kitchen (13 m²) fully equipped (filter coffee maker, NESPRESSO coffee maker, microwave, oven, fridge, kettle, cooker with 4 gas hobs, dishwasher, toaster).

A storeroom (5 m²) with washing machine.

A living room (45 m²) with a TV corner with DTT and a dining area.

Owners use low-consumption light bulbs for energy management and have installed a presence detection system outside.

In the garden, there are only local species and eco-labelled maintenance products.

For green space maintenance, they only water in the morning and evening. There is automatic watering at night.
