「Sehr, sehr saubere Zimmer. Wir waren letztes Jahr schon da und unser jetziges Zimmer war ganz frisch renoviert und sehr ansprechend modern. Die Betten sind angenehm groß und die Bettwäsche ist super sauber! Das Frühstück schmeckt sehr gut und es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und kommen sicher irgendwann wieder.」

「If you’re looking for a hotel, that is clean, spacious, warm and inviting this is the place for you. It has the perfect location to be out of the way but close enough to all of Kastoria and surrounding villages. Staff were kind and exceptional. Everyone was extremely helpful, courteous and made us feel like we were home. Rooms are spacious, constantly clean and replenished with towels daily. We had a simple corner suite that didn’t overlook much in a view but it was quiet all day long...

「It suited my purpose. Nothing fancy, but adequate. Only disappointed that when I arrived early all the way from America, they didn't allow me to check in for several hours when the place was empty, and they didn't offer to let me leave my heavy backpack with them while I waited. I had to walk around with it for a long time. Also, it was a hot day, and when I asked how to use the air conditioner in the room, rather then just pleasantly give me the remote for it, I had to hear a comment about it...

「My Stay at the ark was fantastic, Had an issue with the TV not having channels and the receptionist had a maintenance man there within the hour. Rooms are fantastic AC was quiet :) and parking lot right outside the building. Will definetly be a return customer. Check in was also seemless got a message with codes for front door and room key lockbox if arriving after hours.」

「Stayed here June 2026 with my wife. I would not recommend this hotel. Feels like it is going out of business. Hotel is in desperate need of an update. Carpet in my room was well worn. Bedding was basic. Regarding service quality, front desk evening manager was very rude. When asked about in-room AC, was advised it was unavailable, despite the heat. Sad, because my experience staying here in 2013 was completely satisfactory.」
