"First they tried to put me on the 2nd floor, I'm 70 and don't do stairs well at all. They did finally get me on ground floor . When I asked where the ice machine was they pointed to it outside and then said they don't have ice in the winter because the machine freezers up. I had to go get ice at the grocery store. The room they gave me had 2 queens, which was fine, however there were only 2 bath towels and 1 washcloth and the washcloth was old and dingy. Couldn't ever use it. On top of that...
