「Poor service 」

「very nice hotel. Must recommend」

「Room windows were dusty and couples mosquitoes were flying in the room. We got many mosquitoes bites.」

「This hotel is very old and not well-maintained. Tiles inside the room and toilet bowl are broken, moldy toilet, etc. Even the marble inside the lift floor is broken too. 」

「Tambah baik kolam」

「Check in je bilik bau rokok. Kuat bau rokok package habuk rokok atas lantai. Cawan ada kesan kopi tak cuci. Tv tak boleh tengok. Bila cakap dengan staff, no action taken. Alasannya memang macamtu. Bath tub pun tak function. Stay dua malam kat hotel ni memang tidur je semata. 」
