Single-storey gite: input by the lounge with TV and sofa offering 2 extra beds, well-equipped semi-separee kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm can be separated into 2 beds of 80x200cm), 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x190cm) with a place for the baby bed, wc, shower room, storeroom with washing machine, garage for your bicycles and motorbikes baby foot. At your disposal: complete baby equipment, adult bikes (6) and children (2), fishing rod. Floor heating heat pump charged according to consumption (House BBC ranked A +) very thrifty. Under an awning on the back of the cottage G2256: table of ping - pong in common with the other gîte. Package possible household. Linen rental. Tourist tax. Easy access to the sea in 20 minutes in Dieppe for this cottage comfortable and bright, with contemporary decoration. Quiet, with an unobstructed view of nature (D'eawy forest, ponds, grassland, birds...) and the river Varenne, in one of the most beautiful valleys of the region, House walk-in that can be rented together with the Gîte n ° G2256 nearby. Not enclosed with private garden terrace due west (sunset!), fishing on-site and lent fishing, shelter bikes, bikes at disposal, home baby, smooth floor heating rod, are the other advantages of this well green Gîte. Leisure nearby: breeding bison and canoeing at the village, tree climbing course, gardens open to the visit... Trips to Rouen, Amiens, Somme bay, Fécamp, Etretat, Le Havre and Honfleur by du pont de Normandie facilitated by the A28 and A29 kilometres.

Maison à proximité, à pied du parc canadien bisons et loups à découvrir, beau marché de luneray le dimanche, villages au alentours typiques , Dieppe et st Valery en caux proches, de bons souvenirs...
