Nonna Nella Big Apartment close to Cinque Terre and Versilia

The guest house "GRANDMA IN" is located in via Lusuolo Centre No. 21, in the municipality of Mulazzo and was born as the old farmhouse completely renovated, immersed in a charming typical small medieval village of Lunigiana now prepared for the utmost comfort of its guests.

Purchased by Messrs Ugo and the back in the 70's as an agricultural farm has been, over the years renovated with care and love, to give a holiday of peace, relaxation and wellness.

In Grandma it offers free WiFi and a garden with barbecue.

The house has 3 bedrooms, a TV, a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. In the medieval village of Lusuolo, you can visit for free the castle and the medieval church recently restored.

In autumn you can pick mushrooms and chestnuts in the adjacent woods. It is accessible from the highways (North side of Pontremoli, south side from Aulla). From the railway stations (North side from Villafranca-Bagnone, south side from Aulla), after agreement available to the property, and for future transport.

The Holiday House is a 10-minute drive from Villafranca In Lunigiana and 30 km from La Spezia. Nearby are the charming towns of the Cinque Terre.

The grandmother also features a large terrace for all guests, with oven and grill.

La maison est grande et fonctionnelle. La route pour y parvenir est étroite et sinueuse, mais j'y suis parvenu avec mon monospace.

Very unpleasant stay

The picture of the terrace is misleading. It does not belong to the house. There is no terrace with a barbecue. Only a table on the street, without a BBQ. It is said that you come here for peace, relaxation, and well-being. But on Saturday evening, the family has a party on this terrace with loud music, making it impossible to sleep. And when you finally manage to sleep at 2 AM, the dog of the downstairs neighbors barks a lot and for a long time. It also barks at 11:30 PM when you are trying to fall asleep. Every night. No one does anything about it. And the next morning, you are woken up again by barking dogs throughout the village. And on Sunday, someone is sawing all day long. And also very frustrating... it takes several minutes for warm water to come out of the shower, and there is not much water either. You can't wash long hair under it. The bathroom and the kitchen are very outdated. For example, there is no coffee maker. The house is also much too warm in the summer. There is no air conditioning and no mosquito nets on the windows, except in the kitchen. The arrival was also not welcoming at all. And the house is only accessible via a very steep and narrow road with many bends. The road on the other side of the village is impassable due to a landslide. In the village, you are directed to a very narrow gate. We did not dare to pass through with a large car. There was a detour via an unpaved road, but turning around in the street was difficult.
