September 2025 I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by your transit hotel during our recent stay. The receptionist was extremely courteous and accommodating, offering us a refreshing drink upon arrival and allowing us to extend our stay until 12noon on the same day. This flexibility was greatly appreciated, as it enabled us to relax and prepare for our onward journey. I also noted that your hotel offers airport pick-up and drop-off services to Mulifanua, which is a convenient amenity for guests. The receptionist's professionalism and friendly demeanor made our stay very comfortable, and I regret not catching her name to express my gratitude personally. Please extend my thanks to her for her excellent service. 🌟

I guess the price was a guide, but we wanted somewhere close to the airport on our last night in Samoa, for an early morning flight the next day. The room we were given was near the back of the property and the wi-fi didn't reach that far back, so no wi-fi. The room was very basic with no tea or coffee making facilities, no TV, one bath towel, no hand towel, and one pillow each with one of them so lumpy my wife used some clothes as a pillow. We did ask for a second bath towel. We ordered coffees in the restaurant and received beverages which tasted like they were made with instant coffee and sweetened condensed milk. They were so sweet they were undrinkable. Needless to say, we skipped the restaurant for dinner. To top things off, when were arose at 4:00 am to prepare for our flight, there was no hot water for a shower. When we complained of no hot water on our departure, there was no apology, no offer of a part refund, just a blank stare. The hotel served a purpose, but we would never stay there again.

Unfriendly staff at the reception. I respectfully inform them that I have an extra person and one fruit cake staff came with his price $200 to pay for the same room I slept with my sister and my dad. The fridge was dirty, and the air con was even working. Do better next time especially the customer service.
