“It was hard to find at first as the host nor her staff spoke english but once we were able to meet up with the property manager, he was very accomodating and everything went great. There is no parking in the area but the host provided a garage at extra cost. The place is beautiful, clean and very comfortable once you are inside but it is an uphill climb to get there through alleyways. However, I think it's worth it. Not recommended if you will be coming and going multiple times a day, are older……

“Cute room with fantastic daily cleaning by lovely lady. Great view, just as advertised. Quick access to lakefront restaurants or tuktuk ride up to Santa Cruz. Like everything around Lake Atitlan, the climb is up or down…not a problem for us, but could be with heavy suitcases.”

“This was my second time staying at the house. Love this place. Great value for money. Will definitely stay again.”

“The house is dirty, smells humid, dust everywhere, no hot water after 1 minute of shower, no a/c, everything is old and outdated, sheets and towels were stained, it’s in the middle of nowhere in the jungle. We found a scorpion in the bedroom. The only good thing is who manages de property, that service is amazing and will help you get everything organized and scheduled, but the actual property is not at all how it seems in the photos. I definitely do not recommend staying here or would stay……

“We loved our stay Pink House. The location is about 10-15minutes walk to town with young children, so ideal for anyone who enjoys peace and quiet but doesn't want to be reliant on transport to get groceries or experience the local community and culture. The beach/dock area were great for young children who like to be active and outside, and the views over the lake at all times of day were amazing. Our boys all loved the kayak and spent hours on the lake, although it would have been better to……
