“We were in NY for 2 wedding ceremonies-1 in Rochester-so house location was very convenient-and one in Hilton-an easy 30 min drive. This house was in a nice neighborhood, clean and well furnished. We walked to 2 different breakfast places-Balsam Bagels and Liberty Family Restaurant-both very good. We enjoyed dinner at Winfield Grill which was also very good. If we find ourselves back in Rochester, we would definitely rent again.”

“Stayed for three days. All liked it. The house has everything for living. There is heating and air conditioning. On the balcony in the morning we drank coffee and listened to the birds singing. There are many of them here. There are beautiful parks with waterfalls nearby. Recommended.”

“Close to RIT for graduation. Hopefully the listing was corrected as there is no hot tub. Owner was very timely in response to my 3 questions. I will mention that the toilet seat needs different screws so that it doesn’t move. The bathtub needs a mat or a non-skid surface. Just to mention, this is a 100 year old house so the floors do creak mostly in the upstairs hallway. The rate charged was a fair price for the house.”

“Beatriz has a wonderful home, and she is a warm and inviting host. We were so comfortable during our stay for UR graduation, and I wish I had known about her home for the 4 previous years! “My family and I stayed her while in town for my son's graduation from RIT. When I pulled into the driveway, there were three large trash cans at the curb. Two were laying on the ground with trash scattered all over the lawn, curb and driveway. It wasn't the best impression. I reached out to the owner (or manager) and she responded very quickly and apologized and said she would call the garbage company to pick them up. The next morning the garbage truck came by but only picked up the can that was……

“The house was as described. Clean and easy to find. A couple of things to know - the stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are steep. We had a hard time keeping it comfortably warm, but to be fair, we were there during the midst of a winter storm with high winds - so challenging for an older home, and plenty of quilts and blankets on hand to keep everyone cozy. The host was VERY accommodating in allowing us to stay an extra night due to poor driving conditions (in fact, a travel ban...) Overall, the……

“It was perfect for our stay to visit our son at Elim Bible Institute and College. The property was surprisingly was quaint and quiet! We never heard any of the activities that went on through the movies or the flea market traffic! We actually enjoyed a stroll through all the hubbub. The place felt brand new and everything we needed.”

“I was excited to stay here with my family, but pull up to a big muddy construction site, so there is no yard to play in like the picture shows, also understand that there is someone staying in the basement with a cat and a dog, and best of all was the man that came out of the downstairs apartment amd began talking to my 14 year old daughter and let her know he was house sitting. I contacted Orbitz because we will not be staying there, and they said the best they could do was to send the owner……
