Muncie Hotel with Pool

"Wonderful stay...Very clean!! "

"Very clean and nice hotel. Big comfy beds, large rooms and bathrooms. Had the hanging full size shampoo /conditioner/ body wash pumps in the tub. Good breakfast and decent dinner in the hotel. We missed the free drinks but I’m sure that was nice. Red Robin restaurant right outside the hotel was nice having. Close to the highway and in a central location but we heard no noise from the outside. The hotel has a nice size hot tub. A few things that could be better are the elevators and the pool. It’s a big hotel. Only one out of the two elevators worked and it was very crowded with long wait lines for it. Being on the 6th floor made it harder to use the stairs but one morning during breakfast rush hour we just used the stairs. The pool is nice but not very big. Also got very crowded. Half of it is indoor and other half was outdoor which can be nice on a nice weather day. All in all a very nice hotel. We would come back. "

"Quiet, easy parking"

"My suite room 218 had no door, which gave me no privacy. This suite shouldn’t be called a suite. The two days I was there the elevator didn’t work. I want a refund. Calling and getting the run around. False advertising for the suite and no elevator You gotta do better and I am a member "

"This property was perfect for a one-night stay or even a one-week stay if needed. The amenities were as described with pool, hot tub, 24-hr fitness room and washer/dryers available. Suites were spacious and clean. Hotel itself seemed like it could use a refresh, but otherwise, the property was clean, safe and in a convenient location and staff were knowledgeable and friendly."

"Was great..only thing was at Breakfast no sugar of any kind available for coffee... other than that I have nothing negative to say it was very clean accommodating rooms were cool everything worked bathrooms are clean"
