Great place close the everything!

Excellent stay in Munich! The location was central to the main train station and 15 min walk to Marienplatz All the tours were 10 min or so walking distance away from our apt. The food around the apt was good (excellent Italian, shwarma, and quick local breakfasts). The location on the street could be nicer (lots of trash, hooka bars, and strip clubs) but we always felt safe walking around, even late at night.

An excellent property

Overall this was an excellent vacation stay. The unit is well located near the train station and within walking distance of the old town and main sites. The property manager was located onsite and was extremely helpful. The 2-bedroom unit was spacious and had all the needed amenities.

The apartment(s) were modern and well designed. The apartment(s) were generally in good condition but would benefit from a fresh coat of paint. The location is convenient and close to transport, although as others have noted, there are a number of “adult” shops nearby. My rating would have been much higher but when I arrived, I was told the apartment I had booked was being renovated and we would need to move from apartment to apartment during our stay. The manager knew this well in advance but did not tell me. Had I known in advance, I would have found a different place to stay. Unfortunately this caused unnecessary distrust and concern.

Great space and location

Very clean and comfortable apartment in a great location. Only a few blocks from Central station and everything you’d want to see in Munich. Beds were large and very comfortable. Manager was very friendly. I would highly recommend staying here.

Ladies trip!

The apartment was great. Very clean, modern and nice to have two full bathrooms. The train station was about a seven minute walk and about 15 minutes to the city centre, which was fantastic. As a group of women, we did not love the street we were on due to there being a number of strip clubs nearby. Overall we had a great stay!

Munich at Christmas

The location was within walking distance of the center of town. The property was neat and clean. The on-site superintendent was very responsive and friendly. I would recommend this to anyone and would stay there again.

Brothers Meeting in Munich

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and clean. Parking available inside for an additional fee which was convienent for us. Host responsive when our flight was cancelled twice and we neeeded to move up our checkout time:

Excellent Apartment

The apartment is fantastic with an excellent kitchen and living room. The proximity to the old town and train station was also great. We got there at 1 AM because of a delayed train and the owner let us in without any issues. There is onsite parking which was also a huge bonus. There is a bakery across the street. The neighborhood itself was safe. The street that the apartment was on was not my favorite but with all the other pros of this location and apartment not an issue at all.

Property was as described. Moving around the beds and closet area was tight. Bathrooms were clean and had big showers that worked great! No AC but they had a fan in each room and we kept windows open without noise problem. Walkable to the market, HBH and places you want to visit. Restaurants and a quick shop right on street.

Clean and nicely appointed. A bit of a walk to Marienplatz, but not bad. As others have mentioned, check in was a bit challenging. Unable to find street parking for several minutes. Coordinated through the app to park in the apartment car park for €30. Once checked in, worked out fine. Bakery across the street was great for morning coffee and pastry.

Munich Apartment

We are stayed 3 nights in this lovely, modern apartment. Munich is a very walkable city and the apartment was centrally located to the many popular venues. The apartment manager was very responsive by email when we had questions. The only recommendation I have is that it would have been helpful to have written directions to some of the equipment such as the washing machine, heating units and the like.

Comfortable place in good location

We enjoyed our stay here. The living room is very comfortable and the big screen TV is new. There was a relatively large dining room table. The bedrooms were adequately sized and the beds were comfortable. There was a bathroom with each room. All rooms are well lit. The place is very quiet despite all the activity on the street below during the day. The only hiccup was check in. It wasn’t clear to us for the instructions that we had to call Ali to gain access.
