Roxanna was an incredibly friendly and welcoming host. There was a lovely atmosphere at the hotel and generous and tasty breakfasts. The hotel was very conveniently located and was good value for money.

Our family stayed for a very enjoyable week. The room was quite spacious, clean and quiet, and fairly cool even with no air conditioning (it was +30 C for most of the week). A little courtyard at the back with a big tree in it provided decent shade, so you could sit outside and be fairly comfortable even in a heat wave. The general feel of the place was great, the hosts were friendly and helpful, the area was quiet despite being quite central, and there was lots of places to eat around the hotel. Bus stops and underground train station are literally around the corner, many main attractions are within the walking distance, as well as the main train station. Also there are a few shops nearby, including a big Lidl, if you want to buy food or drinks. Kettle and tea and coffee are in the common and breakfast area, not in the room (it is not standard in European hotels), and there is no air conditioning in the room (it's fair to say that summer of 2026 got all of us by surprise). In general, our stay was really enjoyable, definitely recommend this hotel!

Great place for family

Amazing place. Clean, comfortable, close to Goetheplatz train station. There is no lift/elevator, but it was an easy flight of stairs to carry the luggage up. The owners are on property for a limited time, but they worked with us to complete an online check in and left keys on property to allow a late arrival. They have breakfast on site, but there are many cute cafes around for breakfast as well.

Since both check-in and check-out were done via phone calls, it was a bit inconvenient for travelers who only use Wi-Fi. However, the accommodation was quiet and warm, so there was no inconvenience in staying there.

We had a great stay in a very quite neighborhood.. No AC in the room but it was cold when we open the window. A little bit hassle when we have to call by phone the owner for the direction on how to get in the hotel. The room and the beddinhs are clean.

Very friendly and helpful staff. :) It made our visits easier as well as more enjoyable. Our room was very clean and that really was my priority. The atmosphere of hotel was quite cozy as it was on the smaller side, colourful/vintage-y interior and familiar staff members to interact with.

the location is good, just two stops away from the centre. Other than that this is a one star hotel. they do not provide you any soap or sampoo or anything. just a handwash and towels. the floor was not clean, there was something on the floor, it was sticky. there was some kind of smell in it as well.

The location was convenient. Good restaurants and public transport nearby. The breakfast was good. The shower was good. The property was a total disaster. The room was tiny. No room to move once luggage was placed. Hardly any ventilation. No AC and not even a fan. No privacy. Curtains had to be kept closed as people could see into the room. TV badly located. Towels were worn out. A common tea facility was there. The electric kettle was faulty. If one has no choice avoid room 15 !!! Overall a dissapoint entry.

閑静な住宅街の一角にあるホテルです。 私たちはファミリールームに滞在しました。 ホストのお2人はとてもフレンドリーで、2人のおかげでミュンヘンの滞在がとても素敵なものになりました。 お部屋はとても清潔です。 エアコンはありませんでしたが、窓を開けておくと心地いい風が入ってきます。 日本と違って蚊がいないので、開けていても問題なく過ごせます。また静かなエリアなので、夜中に起こされることもなく、朝は小鳥のさえずりで起きることができます。 トラムとバスの乗り場がすぐ近くにあるので、シティへのアクセスもしやすいです。 朝ごはんはフレッシュはパン、野菜、チーズ、ソーセージ、他にも色々。 朝から大満足のボリュームです。 ランドリーサービスを利用しましたが、乾燥までしてくれて、しかも畳んでお部屋に置いておいてくれました。 本当に大満足の滞在で、ミュンヘンにまた来ることがあればまた是非滞在させていただきたいです。

Pesima opcion, un dia antes de mi llegada me enviaron correo electronico cancelandome la reservacion sin justificacion anticipada, yo espero una indepnizacion porque tuve que gastar mas ya que tuve que buscar una opcion de un dia para otro. uno como clinete pierde el dinero sino llega al hotel o tiene un tema personal, ellos deberian indepnizar al cliente cuando el error es del alojamiento.

Sehr zentral und verkehrsgünstig gelegen. U-Bahn Haltestelle Goetheplatz. Dann wischen Post und Kino durchgehen. Sehr nettes, aufmerksames Personal. Preis-/Leistung stimmt - auch in Messezeiten.
