Hotel Perlach Allee is so conveniently located and it is just a stone thrown away from the train station or bus terminal. There is a supermarket at the corner street and they have everything you need, I meant everything. We are there for Oktoberfest - we love the culture, the food, the people. Of course my husband enjoys the beer even though I am not a beer person. Whether you are going to Munich for a personal or business trip or simply for a vacation, Hotel Perlach Allee could be one of your best choice.

If you are visiting Munich during cool or cold months, this is an excellent choice. Spacious by European standards. Has elevator. Clean. Has restaurant attached to it. Good hot water supply. Can be border line scalding temperature, so be careful when taking a shower. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Very convenient location. You step out of the hotel and walk to your left for 2 minutes and there is a small grocery shop and pastry shop. From there, if you face the opposite side, Neuperlach Sud train station is 4 min walk, where you can take U5 to Hauptbahnhof (Central Station). When walking to the station, you will see couple of restaurants too. The hotel does not have air-conditioning and they are very clear about it. We were there for Oktoberfest, so pretty pleasant weather. We kept the window open for air circulation and borrowed a fan from the front desk. The street in front of the hotel is not very busy at night, so unless you are a light sleeper noise from an open window should not affect you.

Ich kann das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen. Service 1A, Frühstück lecker, liegt gut zu Verkehrsverbindungen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Great area, very quiet. Very friendly staff. A cute quality hotel to get a nice German feel. However our shower didn’t drain and flooded every time we turned on the faucet and there was hair in there from the previous guests. The side of the bed nearest the window was not swept of food crumbs, indicating a lousy clean job. And the fan they brought us didn’t work.

Fenster gute Schalldichtigkeit, Zimmertür zum Flur leider unzureichend schalldicht. Personal freundlich. Frühstück: Qualität gut, Auswahl okay. Leider bereits 1h vor Ende der Frühstückszeit viele Speisen ausgegangen ohne dass diese aufgefüllt wurden. Im Rührei einmal ein langes mitgebratenes Haar gefunden.

受付終了時間後に帰着し、玄関のドアは普通に開き中に入れましたが、部屋のドアのカードキー差込み口の機械が壊れており、中に入れませんでした。 玄関ドアのところにある緊急連絡先に連絡しましたが、今晩中の対応は無理で、明日の朝スタッフが来てからの対応になると言われました。 その為、朝8時まで部屋の外の廊下で寝ることになりました。 ただ、スタッフが来てからの対応は良かったです。

Einchecken am Automaten ist eine gute Idee aber schlecht umgesetzt (IMO). Am meisten stört mich, das ich meine persönlichen Daten „auf der Straße“ eingeben musste. Online einchecken hatte ich versucht bin aber mit der Buchungsnummer am Automaten nicht weiter gekommen Die Idee aus den kleinen Doppelzimmern ein Einzelzimmer mit großem Bett zu machen ist für allein Reisende super. Leider ist das Bad (besonders die Dusche) für größere Menschen zu klein.

Horrible experience

That is a horrible experience. I will never stay in this hotel again. The hotel is far away from city centre(the last stop of U-bahn linie!) It takes over 30minutes to travel from hotel to hauptbahnhof. Also the receptionist gave us many wrong information which caused much inconvenience to us. He said that the breakfast will be provided at 6:30am but in fact it is from 7:00am. We missed our train due to this. Also the breakfast costs extra money but the receptionist has never mentioned it. The room is so small and dark. There is even insufficient space for us to open 2 luggage!

我入住此飯店四晚,房間位於一樓很方便網路可以直接與大廳連線.(如果入住樓上的得下樓於大廳連線) 美中不足的地方就是,房務人員並未用心整理客房,設施老舊(但價格算是物超所值) 距離S與U車站不遠,附近是寧靜與漂亮的社區
