Everything was great. This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel, and I really like the area and how clean the hotel is. I think there should be an elevator for older people and for carrying luggage.

River Side Hotel

Check in was simple, rooms were modern and clean. Bathroom was small by American standards but very functional. Attached restaurant was great. Also a nearby Indian food restaurant that looked great but I didn't try. Beautiful little nature area nearby with a small river

There we no tea/coffee facilities in the room or bottled water or hairdryer that we could find. Check in is at the hotel down the road. There was a fire station fund raising event the night we stayed so enjoyed local food/music and drinks which was great. Location of hotel is by a bus stop so we got the bus/train into Munich which took around 30mins-very easy.

Beautiful property on river wurm.. walkable from blutenburg castle and many parks.. just 10k from the city center the area is very quaint.. the only challenge we had was with the heat in August.. since the property looks more prepared for winter than a summer with temperatures in high 30s.. would definitely recommend and visit again if I get a chance..

I loved the location of this property for the places we wanted to visit while in Munich. It was about 20 minutes from Dachau and 2 hours from Nuremberg. You do have to register at a different building which was confusing. There is no elevator so be aware! Breakfast was good but also served at a different building.

Extremely poor experience. The lady at the reception made the experience most horrible. Arrogance and non cooperation to the core. Room was also poor: Leakage in shower and washbasin and poor Ventilation without any fan also. They do not have lift was known but their attitude and arrogance was not known. Also, for reception, you have to move to 3-4 building away which was also very inconvenience with luggage. Overall extremely poor experience with pathetic approach towards customers.
