There is some miss on room tidying, the facility in the room is not enough. As there is no air conditioning, we have to open windows for air refresh, but as our room is near the main road, the noise from the street and road is quite high and affect sleeping.

地點在火車站與卡爾廣場中間，還算方便。房間在最頂樓，房間很大但燈光昏暗，棉被感覺不乾淨，有蟲子。清潔人員沒有天天更換毛巾浴巾，非常不好。電梯緩慢有一點點老舊，服務人員普通。

離慕尼黑車站很近是唯一優點，房間空間大小普通，照明略嫌不足，但沒有空調夏天悶熱，無熱水壺無法喝熱水，清潔人員清掃房間時沒有補充衛生紙及沐浴乳，沒有很細心。啤酒節期間房價高，下次應該會選擇住遠一點通勤慕尼黑市區就好。

在中心點，交通方便，附近有很多餐廳，購物方便。不過房間面向大馬路，夏天沒有空調，所以夏天開窗有點嘈。

One of the staff is not patient to listen to our question which is not professional. No hot water service and no kettle provided which is not considerate. Each electric device needs an ID and password which is not friendly.

Good location, good price.
Pretty close to Munchen HBF. Close to shopping area. But the bars downstairs making it quite easy until midnight. No air conditioning in the hotel, summer is a bit unbearable.

超棒的地點離慕尼黑舊城區&SIXT租車點都超近。 商務型飯店，品質清潔度都OK。 有樓梯，行李免搬上下樓，且可免費寄放超方便。 旁邊的牛肉沙威馬3.9歐元超好吃。 德國旅店都沒有提供沐浴盥洗品，與亞洲國家不同，經驗分享，要來玩要記得自備^^。

Perfect location
We Stayed at Stachus for a week, stachus situated at the heart of Munchen, it takes around 7mins from the Hauptbahnhof and takes 5 mins to Marienplatz, its very convenient. For the interior, stachus is clean and tidy. Toilet and Bath is separated but just a few step its doesn't any matter for me. Also, receptionist are polite. Wifi costs 2 euro for 24 hours, No kettle as well. but for the location, its very nice.

What I like most about this property is that it is close to Transportation. I could take the S line directly to the Airport, also close to the meet up point for my Get Your Guide day tour. The old part of the city.. St Peter's Church etc are just 10 to 15 minutes walk. The time I stayed there, the condition of the room and the hotel in general seemed newly made over, bright and fresh. My own complaint is my room is really bare - no mini fridge, no kettle nor coffee machine. In the shower room, the only supplies are soap and hair dryer, there is no shower cap nor a cup for tooth brushing.
