"Fantastic location if you’re boarding a cruise ship in Rotterdam…literally right across the street. The downside: The front entrance is a set of wide and treacherous concrete steps with no handrail. Danger awaits schleping your suitcases up these 5-6 steps, especially for older folks like me (75). There is no other way to access the hotel. Rooms were fine and bed comfortable. Amenities good and as expected. Bonus: The lobby is attached to a food hall with a good variety of food and beverage options. Hotel staff excellent! Plenty of eating options nearby and very scenic walking in the area. Hotel breakfast buffet very expensive at 20 Euros per person per day. "

"Location location location! 10 minute walk from the central station, and a 20 minute walk to the cruise terminal! Perfect location for a short stay when getting on a cruise. Add to this a room that is comfy, a nice size and spotless clean. Comfy bed with nice linens, a modern spacious bathroom with a large shower and loads of hot water. Hotel was pretty damned impressive, then add the smiling faces of the friendly staff who were ever eager tor please. Our stay face exceeded our expectations! "

"The Hotel was close to the train station, across the street. We were trading through Europe by train so this made it very convenient. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful."

"Steep steps into the building, I ended up using the ramp. Check-in needed ID which I think could have been done via the app in advance. Enjoyed the room although some corridor noise, a second door from the hall or a better room door would have been good. If you are disturbed very much depends on the other guests. Some parts of the hotel looked unfinished but I think this might have been the 'look'. Bed comfortable enough. Restaurant downstairs was good service but average food. Not much in the immediate area but close to the Metro."
