“Communication from the start was excellent. A couple days before arrival I received contact to enquire about arrival time. As we would be arriving late we were advised how to get our key, with full directions and pictures to make it easy to arrive without disturbing others. When we got into the room, it was lovely and thoughtfully put together, however there were no towels at all - a quick message later and this was resolved with profuse apologies (& and extra little packets of nougat!) “Unaufdringlich, freundlich, gewissenhaft - so wird man gerne versorgt. Mit dem Frühstückskaffee konnte man Tote aufwecken - hervorragend! Die Aufforderung, sich wie zuhause zu fühlen, war keine Floskel. Der Umgang war persönlich und zuvorkommend. Das Anwesen hat eine individuelle Note und ist mit vielen Details liebevoll gestaltet. Wer raus will aus dem Alltagsgetriebe, ist hier gut aufgehoben.”
