“We were made very welcome at Den Heijkant, our lodge was a converted barn with its own sheltered outdoor table and seating, comfortable kitchen/diner and hob/grill oven for cooking. It was very peaceful and quiet - only an occasional combine harvester & tractor to compete with the sounds of the wildlife and views of sunsets.
