Chalets in Municipality of Wassenaar

"I was disappointed with this hotel. I don't expect much from an airport hotel, but this did not meet the basic expectations. I found out after I booked there was no airport shuttle. :( Upon arrival, it was dark, and there was no lighting at the entrance to the hotel. It was completely dark, and if not for the 3 men standing in the dark smoking at the entrance, I would have thought it was closed. It appears maybe they are doing some renovations, and the room we were assigned looked to be partially done. Nice bathroom, but the room had tired carpet and the beds were not very good quality. The worst part is there was no air in the room. The windows did not open, and the centralized air system is turned off and not able to control it in the room, even to just get air flow. We contacted the front desk through WhatsApp, and asked about it. They offered to bring a small fan, which did help a bit. You can hear everything in the halls and other rooms, and people stood outside the front door smoking almost all night, which we could hear from our second floor room (even with the windows closed). At breakfast, they did not have a bin to self clear your dishes, and not enough people working, so most of the tables were full of dirty dishes when we arrived. The breakfast itself was fairly decent though. Nice room and good choice of standard continental breakfast selections and good coffee. There was also an ice machine in the lobby - rare in Europe! "

"Construction is not covered around the building, dust and mud crowed, the wrost part is there is no room for my luggage when I arrived earlier in the rain, and further more construction machines operated since 6am made my days terrible . Not consider it at least 2026"

"The hotel is in an excellent location any The Metro is nearby to access all areas of Rotterdam. In the same building there is the food hall which has a variety of food outlets in it. The bar in the hotel only opens on Friday and Saturdays (out of season?)"
