VRBO WAS NO HELP AT ALL.! The automated message kept saying contact the property manager I want a full refund and need to be reimburse for my flight and drive to this scam property.! “Australian family with 8 and 11 yr olds. A very mixed experience with staff hence that part of the review: Naturalist guide Abilash and birding was amAzing. Guest relations manager very attentive. Restaurant staff borderline unfriendly. Lots of miscommunication from bookings person that led to a lot of avoidable stress and triple check if they have availbility during peak times even if Expedia says they have plenty of tents avail. Superb location / cabins and we Loved kayaking on Periyar. Early……

We had 3 meals per day here, fresh and delicious local fare, and tea also provided. The manager was incredibly helpful and made every effort to ensure we had an enjoyable experience. We would highly recommend for a short break and a must for bird watchers.”
