I couldn't fault one thing. I will now look at the option of staying in a holiday park as well as hotel accommodation when I next travel. ”

“This lovely house it’s bigger than what we thought, very comfortable and cozy. The owner prepare everything for us so we could have a warm stay. Our children loved feeding the animals in the property. Very close to MyrtleFord center. We definitely recommend staying here.”

“The 2 bedder house is located on rural property 50m from the owners home, with flat surrounding grounds and large leafy trees. The house was very clean and had all the amenities needed to have a relaxing time. Would highly recommend Hughes Hideaway to any one looking for a peaceful holiday. Graham.”

“We had a great week in Myrtleford. We loved the location of the property and the house itself. The kids especially loved the pool/ ping pong tables. The windows could do with a good clean aswell as the outdoor chair which was covered in animal hair. Soap dispensers weren’t filled and the dishwashing essentials were lacking. No oven mitts or extra tea towels for using the oven were supplied but would be an advantage. Overall we loved our weeks stay and would definitely recommend Hillhouse.”

“This is a nice place and the owners are good people. Generally we'd recommend this as a place to stay. There are 2 caveats. First, it isn't really set up for any food prep beyond a toaster and small microwave. You couldn't even cook an egg for brekky. Second, the seating is not very comfortable--window seats are hard and the two chairs ditto. Fixing these would raise it to a five star as other things are very good ...”
