「This was a great spot for a quick weekend trip. It was a 2 block walk to 17th Street bbq, and a block to get to route 13. The stairs were a little iffy, but the inside of the apartment was great. Very clean and when I had an issue with the code the property manager responded quickly to walk me through how to get in. Very happy with our experience! 」

「This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. 」
