Green pool

Good location to the beach. Wish there was a sidewalk down the whole block instead of walking on the road. Plenty of space for our family. If you want to sleep in, don’t put the early birds upstairs. They will sound like a heard of elephants walking around up there

Green pool with broken pump for over a week

Listing states 2 pools with the one on the upper deck perfect for little kids. When we arrived it was green. We contacted the number that was involved with check in and they said they put a ticket in to the local staff to address. The next day a guy showed up for the normal cleaning of the downstairs pool and wasn’t told of the one upstairs but he did take a look and said the owner knows about the pump not working for the upstairs pool for over a week now. We replied to the contact but wasn’t able to get owners info from them. Extremely disappointed that it’s not on the listing anywhere or even a reach out to us after booking to let us know of that issue. The bigger pool must have a leak in the plumbing somewhere because every morning it was extremely low, you had to turn the hose on to fill it. The next issue was internet not working, so the tvs didn’t work, only about half worked the next day.
Green pool that owner knows about for over a week but too cheap to buy a good pump to keep it working according to the pool guy
