Full size kitchen-well equipped, with large living and dining with 85" smart TV. 3 bedrooms-Master has a King bed with, 65 " TV Privateshower, toilet and large vanity. 2nd bed has a King size bed with 55" TV with private bath, shower, toilet, and vanity . The 3rd bed has two queen size beds with 43"TV and private bath with shower/tub, toilet and vanity. One Ocean Place is in the perfect location for fine dining and entertainment-you are within 30 minutes all the attractions but will have serene privacy at home

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 3rd floor ocean front condo that fit our needs perfectly. Clean, updated, and well appointed. Loved getting the morning sun on the spacious balcony before hitting the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was perfect for our family of 6. The location was great and the complex was very well maintained. The condo is exactly like the pictures and the balcony is amazing. Will definitely be back.

Perfect Spot on the Beach

The property had the perfect location for the beach with a great view. Plenty of room for 5 adults. The patio was spacious and allowed us all to enjoy our morning coffee taking in the sunrise.

Wonderful Vacation!

Check in was very easy and we even contacted Carol to see if we could check in early and she set everything up so we were able to. Everything was clean and the kitchen was stocked with utensils/plates/bowls, etc. We had a wonderful time!

Spring break 2024

Family vacation at the beach. Location was perfect. Condo was clean, well decorated, well equipped for families. I loved looking out over the ocean from the den and bedroom, and 3 spacious bathrooms for a family of various ages was ideal! Would definitely go again❤️

Beautiful Ocean View

This is our second year staying here. They remodeled all the bathrooms and they are beautiful. This is such a well maintained condo and you can tell the owner takes a lot of pride in it. This condo is perfectly located to restaurants and the store. Carol the host is top notch. Very accessible and responsive. The inside of this condo is spectacular but the highlight is the enormous balcony. Ocean view from every window. We cannot wait to return next year.

Great location

We celebrated my mom’s 99th birthday. The outdoor space was a great location for my mother - she was able to enjoy the fun and watch people. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Carol was very responsive - one of the TVs didn’t work and she took care of it right away despite our telling her it wasn’t a big deal.

Everything was really nice and convenient. We had a lot of family time together. The living area was big enough to accommodate all of use as well as the dining table. The private of the bedrooms and bathroom. Thanks for sharing the beach home with us

Well appointed, maintained and clean. Nice complex, safe, family oriented area. Plenty of room for all with huge balcony. Property was as described. Plenty of restaurants and shopping options in the area. We really enjoyed our week at Murrills Inlet. Definitely will return in the future.

Amazing views

This condo and location was the perfect locationfor our winter stay in SC. The views of the beach and sunrise were stunning. The condo had everything we needed to be comfortable as a base location as we explored Charleston, Georgetown and Myrtle Beach. There is grocery stores very close by and lists of things to do and see in the area. The weather was really cool so we didn't spend much time on the beach or on the water but we did watch a couple of sunrise/sunsets and it couldn't have been nicer! Would highly recommend this condo for your trip to SC/Surfside Beach!

Perfect location beach condo

I can’t begin to say all the things we loved about this property. Probably our favorite feature was the enormous ocean front balcony. The inside was gorgeous, updated and clean. We also loved the proximity to the grocery store and our favorite restaurants. Our host Carol was awesome. She was very helpful and attentive when we contacted her. We found our new favorite beach spot. We definitely will be returning.

Best Place Ever

Our stay was even more fantastic than we realized it could be. The condo is Amazing and Carol is Amazing. We had an issue with the hot water heater and it was replaced and fixed immediately: I couldn’t be more happy with this property and plan on being a repeat customer. I hate giving these reviews because I don’t want to be blocked out from renting: lol but Carol deserves it:) Loooove, Looove, Loooove this place:)

We love One Ocean Place and this unit is no exception! Clean! Well furnished! Nice linens! Great air conditioning! Love the extra large balcony! If I could wish for anything it would be some mixing bowls (we like to eat in rather than waste money on not great restaurants), a tea kettle and comfortable balcony furniture (although the current furniture is very nice it leaves comfort to be desired.) Apart from those wishes it’s an incredible unit and we will be back next fall!

Above and beyond

This property is really we'll done. Manager Carol handles a number of units in the building, mostly owned by family and friends. She is a dynamo and always responds to calls or texts in minutes. The beds are like heaven in all the bedrooms. We always bring kitchen knives from home but we never unpacked them. The knives in the kitchen are Henkels and sharp as razors. We never saw that before. Monster TVs, tons of streaming service, a huge deck overlooking the beach, a nice little restaurant/bar next door and a great beach. We would definitely go back if we return to the Myrtle Beach area.

Beach Vacation

Great beach vacation in an ideal location. Located right on the beach with grocery stores and many excellent restaurants nearby. The very large balcony overlooking the ocean was a bonus. I would stay here again.
