Great place and location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is a very nice condo!Unfortunately, we had a tropical storm so we were inside most of our Vacation. Only thing I would suggest would be to have some board games at the condo for those days. Also, advise people to bring someOf their own pans to cook in. Some of the ones there are not usable. AndThere were no cleaning pads to even try to get the pans clean. Overal, we enjoyed the condo!

Ocean front vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo we stayed was very pleasant. It has a great view and deck. It was very clean. A few things I would recommend are: The bed is the master bedroom has an air bladder on each side with controls. The one on the right side does not hold air so you sink down! The cushions (foam) in the two chairs in the living room are worn out and you will sink way down making it hard to get up, replace the foam. We did enjoy our stay there and would recommend it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We usually stay at a penthouse at surfmaster every year. When we arrived it was 80 degrees in our penthouse and the temp wouldn’t go down. A potential vacation disaster. Stacy swooped in and saved the day, she got us moved to mariners watch very quickly where we had a great experience! Stacy truly saved our vacation! She, alone, is a reason to use GCR for any and all vacation needs! Thanks for your help and actually caring Stacy!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. The unit was perfect, it was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was even a completely empty pantry for us to put food! There was no dining room table, just a folding table, which I didn’t realize. It didn’t bother us. My only issue was the air conditioning in the master bedroom was basically non existent. It would get very hot in there all day and night, even with the fan going. Overall we would stay again. We were happy with everything.
