Great location Okay Building

The location was great except there are lots of restrictions about umbrellas, shade sails their placements etc on the beach. The building is older and the condo is visibly older. It’s a bit inconvenient to have to have a key fob to get into the building especially when there were 4 adults doing different things. Over all the staff of the property management company were extremely helpful and very nice

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented a house in garden City with a different realty company that had an "elevator". We had 4 families staying there and my son is in a wheel chair. He could not fit in the elevator so my family was stuck with no place to stay. I prayed, walked out towards the street and saw a couple of beachfront places and I called Garden City rentals. They were able to help us out with a place for the week at the last minute.
